Grouping elements

In pagestrip, you can group multiple elements in order to appear as one element. The group can be moved to any position without having to worry about rearranging the different settings of the elements within a group.

Nevertheless you are able to change the size of the whole goup, which means that each element within the group grows or decreases proportionally. Once you click on “Ungroup”, the different elements remain as big or as small as they were when you changed the size of the whole group.

There are two ways to group elements:

• select the elements, right click and choose “Group”

or

• select the elements and click the “Group” button in the Arrange tab of the inspector

After you’ve grouped the elements a Group tab appears in the inspector. There you’ll find the option to ungroup them again.

By checking the box “Keep group in mobile view” you make sure that in mobile view the elements remain like you’ve arranged them to show as a group. Otherwise the elements will appear separate from each other and you’ll have to reorder them manually.
