Creating lists

Just like in other text or presentation software you can add a list to your text.

If you don’t have a text yet that you want to convert into a list, you’ll have to add a textbox first. Mark text, go to the Inspector tab and find “Lists”. Click the dropdown and choose inbetween lists as bullets, squares, numbers, custom characters and even custom images:

The different list options

Let’s say you choose “Bullets”. All of the selected items will immediately be listed with a bullet in front of the text.

You even have some styling options:

Choose bullets for the list Change the size of the bullet Change color Change the padding of the text Change the height of the bullets

Please note: Bullets and squares have the same styling options.

Numbers and custom characters offer you more styling possibilites. As for both the options are the same we’ll jump directly to the custom characters.

Using custom characters for your list gives you the advantage to type in every character you want - whether it’s alphabetical or a special character.

Choose a custom character for the list Type the character inside the label Bold-Italics-Underline Custom Character Size Font family Font style Character Color Character height Text padding

The last, but very useful, option is to upload a custom image. We often see this usecase happening for sales presentations or online reports, where people like to use their logo for the list.

Choose a custom image for the list Custom image size Drag and drop an image inside the label Text padding Custom image height
